Showcase is an iOS and web app connecting scaling teams to sales talent using short videos. To be considered, you must apply through the Showcase Jobs app.We’re looking for a sales development representative to join our NYC-based team. Since you’ll be coming onboard early, we’ll be giving you as much responsibility as you can handle, and you’ll be growing in lockstep with us.Because you’ll be SDR #1, you’ll have the ability to make significantly above market compensation (we don’t institute compensation caps). You’ll also have a clear path to a deal closer role. Base salary is above market – we pay for top performers!
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain accurate lists of target customers based on highest converting personas
Conduct high volume prospecting (50+ activities per day) to qualify leads through calls, email and social media
Educate leads and promote Showcase’s value propositions succinctly to create the best first impression
Schedule discovery meetings and demos for founders/AEs to assess partnership opportunities
Record all opportunities, contacts and interactions in selected CRM
Should Haves 1+ years of experience as an SDR, preferably in B2B and/or SaaS
Grit, determination and a positive attitude
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Background in cold-emailing, cold-calling and qualifying leads
